Joe and Sue Meek have been in the construction industry in Citrus County for over 27 years. In 1998 they started Citrus Builder Owner Corporation, and dedicated themselves to building quality built, affordable homes in Citrus County Florida with a concentration in the beautiful Citrus Springs and Pine Ridge communities.
In 2003, their son, Joseph Meek III joined the team bringing experience from working with a custom home builder in the Tampa Bay area. Joseph is active in the community and serves on different committees and is involved with numerous organizations that benefit the area.
Along with his wife Amy, they sponsor The Joe & Amy Meek Scholarship Foundation, which awards high school seniors scholarships to attend college.
Joseph Meek III is also the owner of JCM Development & Investment Corp., a company that partners with builders and developers on residential projects.
Together, Joe, Sue and Joseph Meek continue to strive for excellence in the construction and development industry. Citrus Builder takes pride in our hands-on approach to every job we build.
